Croatia is a breathtaking country

Wow, just wow. I really don't have any other words to use to describe Croatia, nothing would do it justice. The waterfalls in Plitvicka are so incredible! There are miles of waterfalls that all cascade down in different directions. It is like being in a magical fairy tale land. Fall has just begun and the trees have orange and red leaves. Tourist season just ended so for the most part we had very few "Pogiebonies" (def: lost, loud tourists with cameras, on large buses or cruise ships). We also went to the beach and had a beautiful sunset. I love big cities but there is something so peaceful and relaxing about spending a few days in nature.  We also drove through Bosnia and Herzegovina today. Maybe a little dicey but we felt very safe and it was also a beautiful country. Now we are at our campground cookin' up some pasta. Being on the road you never get to eat consistent meals. You eat whatever is in the car, whenever you get a chance. As a result Adam has lost nearly 20 pounds! I've gained 2. Great.
